Since 1987, we have based our work on the mantra: ”It’s got to feel right.” For us, that means that our clothes must be comfortable to wear while they are manufactured on the basis of a responsible mindset. It's got to feel right all the way – from design to finished product.
With more than 30 years in the fashion industry, we still try to develop and improve; especially in our approach to products, suppliers, customers,
colleagues, and finally, the outside world and environment. The mantra ”It’s got to feel right” matters in every aspect of our business. It feels right for us, and it must for you too.
Timeless and considerate design
We design two collections a year with lots of timeless styles, made to be loved, cared for, and worn season after season. Even when creating the best versions of all classic wardrobe basics, we still have the current trends in mind.
All products are crafted with a crucial focus on comfort and fit because we believe that durable products deserve considerate designs. Responsible production and respect for the materials we use are a natural part of our
design philosophy. LAURIE is for style-conscious women of all ages who value unique quality and exquisite comfort.

TESTED FOR HARMFUL SUBSTANCES
LAURIE creates quality clothing with a focus on design, choice of materials and production. As part of our focus on quality and textile safety, our clothing is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 sets the standard for textile safety – from yarn to the finished product. This means that every single component of an OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified product has been laboratory tested against a list of over 1,000 harmful substances.

In addition to producing long-lasting quality clothing, we support several causes. We have joined the UN Global Compact, an initiative that works to promote human and labour rights, environmental protection and anti-corruption.
We also work closely with the Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI), with a focus on improving human and labour rights in our own clothing production.

Tested for harmful substances
LAURIE garments are certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. This means that all components of a certified product are tested for harmful substances and comply with the specified limit values.

Organic cotton only
Organic cotton seeds are not genetically modified and are grown without the use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers. It's better for biodiversity, the climate, and the soil. All the cotton in LAURIE clothing is organic.
LENZING™ECOVERO™
Viscose from replanted forests
The viscose used in LAURIE clothing comes from renewable LENZING™ ECOVERO™fibers derived from responsibly replanted forests.
EU ECOLABEL
Aim high to learn and be inspired
NORDIC ECOLABEL - EU FLOWER is the crown jewel of environmental certifications, focusing on the entire life cycle of a garment. LAURIE offers EU Flowercertified jeans.
AMFORI BSCI
Decent working conditions
To ensure decent working conditions, the amfori BSCI organization audits the factories where LAURIE is produced. All production takes place in Europe.
