1. Register return

Log in to the return portal using the button below with your email and order number.

2. Pack your return

Carefully pack the items to be returned. Make sure the package is securely sealed. Use the enclosed return label.

3. Send

Send the package at your nearest parcel locker or post office.

4. Refunds

Once we have received your package, we will process your return as quickly as possible, and you will be notified by email. If you have chosen to receive a refund, your total credit will be refunded to you via the payment method you used to place your order.

Have you paid with your points?
Please note that when you use your points to get a discount on a purchase, the points used will be deducted from your points balance. If you later return the item, the points used for that purchase will not be refunded to your account.
