AI POLICY
How we use artificial intelligence
At LAURIE, we use artificial intelligence, AI, as a tool in connection with, among other things, our websites, social media, marketing, and the creation of images, texts and translations.
AI supports us in developing ideas, carrying out creative work and improving efficiency. However, it does not replace human expertise, judgement or responsibility. A member of staff is always responsible for the content we publish.
Images
Some of our images may be created or edited, either fully or partially, with the help of AI. AI-generated images are reviewed and approved by a member of staff before publication.
Texts
AI may be used as a source of inspiration and as a working tool when preparing, for example, website content, product copy, articles, emails and social media content.
AI-generated text is always treated as a first draft and is reviewed, fact-checked and approved by a member of staff before publication.
Translations
We may use AI to translate newsletters, product descriptions and other communications into local languages.
Translations are reviewed before publication by a person who is fluent in the relevant language. This helps us ensure that the content is linguistically correct and reflects LAURIE’s tone of voice and values.
Responsible use
We use AI in a responsible, ethical and transparent manner. AI must not be used to mislead, manipulate or discriminate.
When using AI, we take data protection, confidentiality, copyright and other intellectual property rights into account. Personal data and confidential information are not shared with publicly available AI services unless this has been approved and is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.
All AI-generated content published by LAURIE is subject to human review and approval.
