At LAURIE, we have developed SLENDER, an innovative trouser fit designed specifically for your body type.
SLENDER is the name of our innovative fit tailored for women with narrow hips, a smaller derrière, a little belly, and slim legs - who often experience that pants don't fit well or feel comfortable. The Slender fit is different from other pant models as it has a special adjustment from thighs and up, making it comfortable at the waist and fitting beautifully and tailored on the derrière and thighs - a perfect fit for a neglected target group. This version is denim pants with a short inseam. The primary difference between Slender Rouge and Slender Blanche is that Blanche has a fixed waistband, whereas Rouge has an elastic waistband.

"As a woman who has collected more than 100 pairs of trousers over the years – none of them with a proper fit for my body – I know the frustration of bad purchases all too well. I have almost no waist, narrow hips, a flat bottom, a bit of a tummy, and slim legs. But with the new trouser fit, the problem is finally solved – and I also avoid saddlebag thighs. The trousers are both comfortable and flattering, so you feel good wearing them, and my legs actually look longer – who wouldn't want that?"
Behind the Development
The SLENDER fit is the result of our participation in the Mass Customization for Circularity project, which focuses on reducing bad purchases and textile waste through improved fit, durability, and comfort.
Along the way, we worked closely with our body model Annette Kjær and used data from a PhD project, in which more than 350 women aged 18–77 were body scanned. It turned out that approximately 10% of the women had a body shape similar to Annette’s.
