When is my order delivered?
All orders are shipped from Denmark, and delivery time depends on which country you order from. You should expect the goods to be delivered within 4-6 workdays.
Who delivers my goods?
From Denmark we ship through GLS, but GLS uses different carriers in each country.

Does it cost to return goods to you?
Yes, depending on which shipping method you choose, the cost will vary from carrier to carrier.
How do you pay back after return?
When we have received the returned goods and registered it in our warehouse, we will automatically make a payment back to you. Depending on the payment method and you bank, it can take a couple of days before you will see the payment in your bank account.

I have not received an order confirmation mail

Sometime there is a delay on the order confirmation e-mail, so if you have not received it right away, it can still appear in your inbox in a half an hour or so. It also happens e-mails ends up in SPAM/Junk folder, so you should look into this folder.

If you still haven’t received your order confirmation e-mail we can check for you if your order has been registered at all. In that case, please contact us on or by phone: +45 35 30 10 92 (English speaking).

Oeko-Tex – what does this mean?

Oeko-Tex is the world most widely spread health certificate. It means that you are guaranteed that clothing at LauRie has not been produced with help from health damaging toxic chemicals, and that every part in our production process has been reviewed by an independent third party.

Oeko-Tex has strict requirements in order to certify companies, and it isn’t only the textiles which has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification. All our components like zippers and buttons are also certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100. It is absolutely important for us to make sure, that our clothing are not produced with and containing toxic chemicals.
